Awesome store and great customer service
I am sorry for the people that had a bad experience with this store. Based on the reviews here I became inpatient and contacted customer service after ordering a pair of trainers during the weekend. I emailed them first but then I saw the phone number and called, they immediately picked up and one of their representatives put me at ease. And while I was on the phone I received a reply to my email. My experience was absolutely great from ordering to receiving the product and providing customer service.
I got a pair Adidas originals trainers and arrived the next day as ordered. Great stuff overall.

Avoid this store they will steal your money
Brought a pair of trainers which I planned to use for a sole swap. The air bubble was the wrong colour so returned them the next day. The trainers have been delivered to the hip store on the 02.07.22 and I still haven’t received my refund. Emailed them and they said refunds can take 14 days to process, not telling me when it would be processed. Now it’s been 16 days since they received the trainers back and the refund has not been processed. Never seen a refund take this long, will never order anything from here again. You have been warned, yes they offer free returns but don’t actually give you your money back. Will have to dispute the charge with my card now.

Been waiting 22 days - nothing happens
I havee been waiting 22 days for one order and 10 days for another. I have sent many mails where I ask for explainations why this take so long time but have not got any real answer. I tracked the orders and there is nothing happening there.

1st and last time
Ordered 3 items using their website for the first time. Paid the extra charge for 2 day delivery. This target was not met but when I contacted customer service they were helpful and gave a refund for the postage costs. When I did receive the order there was 1 item missing. Got in touch with customer service. The person was nice and tried to help but I was amazed to find out that I had complete a form for this missed item. I couldn't believe I had to do this even though it was not fault of my own. I have submitted the form but have been advised the INVESTIGATION can take up to 10 days. Wow. I will not be using this company again.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Failed to send part of the order, then did not reply to emails, I eventually managed to get to speak to someone via twitter DM and I had to fill out a dispute form with no offer of replacement or refund, leaving me £90 down! Will never use again, avoid avoid avoid

7 weeks and still waiting for a refund
I've been waiting for a refund which was received on the 24th May (nearly two months now), and haven't heard from their customer service team in over 3 weeks now since they last said they were investigating the issue.”

Horrendous AVOID!
Horrendous! AVOID!!! Had my parcel stolen from my doorstep and they declined my claim to get a replacement or refund, with no reasoning and when I called up they couldn't speak about it! HAA what a joke

Nope, never again. Avoid.
Nope, never again.
After waiting ten days waiting fro my delivery, I received a notification saying that the product has been delivered and-thus began a two week back and forth that involved talking to what were clearly bots and a lot of admin. After finally admitting my order had not arrived, they agreed to resend. Apparently my item will arrive in three days...we shall see.
They are not worth the hassle, browse them, then buy the item on a different online retailer.

Nudie Jeans Excellent

What a joke of a business
What a joke of a business. HIP take over £400 from me for an order that after 10 days still does not arrive. Zero correspondence- the choice of courier they use, Evri tells everything about them. Equally inept and has a terrible reputation. I have to search Evri to see that the package is now being sent back to the sender for some unknown reason. No message or correspondence to me to keep me updated. I’d highly recommend to stop using Evri and use a reputable carrier like DHL or DPD and I’d imagine you’re awful FB might improve. I am so unhappy. Where are you, HIP to reach out to your customers? I Will never buy from here again.

Good experience.
Whilst not in any doubt of other reviewers poor experiences, I have to rate mine as excellent.
Negative reviews almost put me off but decided to 'risk' a shirt in the sale due to it being half price. Received the next day, despite ordering around 5pm the previous evening.
The only issue was the size of the cardboard box it came in - far too large when surely smaller packaging would be more efficient?
However very happy to recommend from my first experience.

This company is absolutely disgusting. I managed to win a raffle for a pair of trainers for my autistic brother and then I got an email telling me we are sorry, the product you ordered is out of stock. They told me I won! Thanks a lot!

No email contact whatsoever, just a text message saying my order would be dispatched soon, then that my order had been delayed, then that it was ready for dispatch once more. I heard nothing for 3 days, and had to call them just to be told my order had been cancelled due to a stock issue. I checked the website and the item is still showing as in stock in my size 4 days later. I would avoid if you actually want your item and aren’t wanting to lend a faceless company money for 5 days.
